Brian Anderson joins Davis-Standard as CPO
Davis-Standard, a designer and manufacturer of extrusion and converting technology, has appointed Brian Anderson as chief procurement officer (CPO).
In his new role, Mr Anderson will assume global responsibility for the company's procurement and supply chain operations, and will oversee all aspects of supplier management, sourcing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
Prior to Davis-Standard, Mr Anderson gained 30 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, holding key procurement leadership roles with Duracell Inc, Robert Bosch and the Marmon Group, among others. He holds a BA in Business and Education from Illinois State University, and an MS degree in Supply Chain from Elmhurst University, where he also teaches courses.
