Davis-Standard completes acquisition of ETG
Davis-Standard has completed the previously announced acquisition of Extrusion Technology Group (ETG). The acquisition includes the battenfeld-cincinnati, Exelliq and Simplas brands, which now join the Davis-Standard family.
